CHINESE CUSHION
I've had this fabric for 1 1/2 years, which I purchased from Hong Kong. Finally made a cushion from it.
The ribbon is also from Hong Kong. If you ever visit Hong Kong, go to Sham Shui Po which is the fabric and haberdashery part of town. It is mainly for businesses wishing to purchase wholesale, but you can still find plenty of shops which sell retail. You can also find lots of beads and a bit of craft stuff.

Japanese Gifts and Swarovski Jewellery
Last weekend we said goodbye to our lovely Japanese exchange student who lived with us for 5 weeks. It was a great way to learn more about Japanese culture which we love. She gave us these beautiful gifts; wrapping cloths and a purse.
The good news is, my daughter will study at her school in Tokyo for a short time next year.
I made this ring on the weekend. I purchased the beads from Kiwa online, as they have everything in one store. They seem to be the only place where you can buy Swarovski crystals and the matching settings.
Unfortunately, Kiwa don't ship internationally, so I had to use a forwarding service called "Tenso"
