BEADS MANIA FUKUBUKURO

After years of trying to get one, I finally bought the coveted Beads Mania fukubukuro. A fukubukuro, is a "grab bag" of products a store wishes to sell quickly at a discounted price. They generally go on sale on New Years Day. Some stores in Japan have great long queues of customers hoping to snag a fukubukuro on January 1st.  Beads Mania is only and online store, and they have limited numbers of the fukubukuros, so I was lucky to get one. The bag I got also came with a miniature tea set.

Yes, I am nuts getting all excited over some bead kits, but that's my escape from the stressful world of type 1 diabetes that I live in.
