A few random shots of Orchard Road.
One of my favourite malls: Ngee Ann City, because it houses Kinokuniya and Takashimaya.
So many shops, so little time.
Tropical downpours are a frequent occurance.
I can't stay away from this hotel. I adore the design and architecture. I love that it hasn't been too modernized or changed from the original style.
Since we can't actually afford to stay here, we usually stop by the café for afternoon tea and then visit the gift shop.
The outdoor court yard is a nice spot to chill out and listen to some live music.
How do they keep the walls so white?
These two pics were a display in the jewellery shop window.
Wouldn't it be fun to go back in time to the 1920's just for one day to dine and stay at Raffles?
Raffles City shopping mall is nearby , and has some lovely shops, such as this; British India. I thought this window display for Chinese New Year outfits was really beautiful.
Singapore has some stunning old buildings. I hope they never tear them down.
Hooray for Singapore; I've only been there once when I was younger so it sucks that I can't remember much of it... :(
ReplyDeleteBut I hope to go back one day! :)
