Have you ever been to Ginza? There is something about it that I find so alluring. Maybe because it is so posh and elegant.
Ginza is the place to go for all the high end brands, such as Channel and Prada.
The streets are wide and flat, making it easy for strolling and window shopping.
Our first stop at Ginza was Hakuhinkan Toy Park.
This toy shop is multileveled and sells all my favourite toys.
The stationery section is beautiful.
I adore Japanese greeting cards.
I don't know what this is supposed to be, but I wish I had bought it. I love it's freaky face!
More Hakuhinkan next post.
Hakuhinkan is great but I find the price are expensive since they sell at RRP. I usually just browse and go and buy my toys elsewhere, where its cheaper. ^^
ReplyDeleteWow, it's hard to imagine a multilevel store full of just toys!
ReplyDeleteThose rabbit plushies in the last pic look super adorable ^_^
We venture out to Ginza only for window shopping :)
ReplyDeleteJapan Australia
I would love to be able to stroll through Ginza one day! The shop you went to has a lot of cute stuff. I could probably spend hours in there browsing :D
ReplyDeleteI just really want to go to Japan! ^^
ReplyDeleteI'm like Lina and Japan-Australia: window-shopping (and people-watching) only! ^^
ReplyDeleteI can only afford to shop in Ginza at Uniqlo. xD
DeleteI think the prices at Uniqlo Ginza are higher than in Shibuya! Apparently, Ginza has the most expensive real estate in the world.
DeleteHaven't read much about Ginza before, but I'm glad to see more about it in this post!
ReplyDeleteI've seen that peach character with the freaky face here in San Francisco Kinokuniya, I love unique character items like that! so awesome!
